The dramatic mysterious thriller Ratched, is based on the character of Nurse Ratched from One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest illustrated by Ken Kesey. This Netflix show is created by Evan Romansky and developed by Ryan Murphy. It was announced that Netflix ordered 2 seasons on September 6, 2017, after winning the bid against Hulu and Apple. The series premiered its first season in September 2020. This thriller has attracted a large fan-base, because of the engaging and suspicious story throughout season 1. The story revolves around an insane nurse named Mildred Ratched, who presents dark sides and unsettling suspicious experiments on patients at Lucia State Hospital in Northern California.
